The love and appreciation for designer, luxury fashion started early on, but it wasn’t till after I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Advertising and PR that I realized my professional career could involve all things luxe, too.

Since then I have had amazing sales and management opportunities with Saks Fifth Avenue, first here in Michigan and then later moved to New York after landing a spot in their corporate buying program with attention in women’s ready-to-wear and handbag businesses. I was then able to learn the financial planning and merchandising mechanics of the luxury fashion world from another angle.

After leaving New York to start a family, I returned to Saks in Michigan and dove back into sales and management where I worked with the company’s top clientele in their Fifth Avenue Club. Another opportunity presented itself, but this time in Chanel, and that’s where I spent the last four years of my retail career - where I focused on product education/knowledge, incorporated a new luxe level of service, and formed working client relationships that are still vital to this day.

With my experience and education in the wholesale, retail, and resale sectors of the luxury product market, I have recognized the opportunity to create a higher level of customer service that clients deserve when shopping - especially in the resale market. The one constant within all levels of the business lies in client experience and how essential it is to provide first-class customer service, regardless of the price point.
